Lycoming County Department of Emergency Services in Central Pennsylvania required two new towers to be built, and to have two additional towers rehabbed and relocated. Due to increased demand, the project had a very tight 12 month deadline. The county required a company who could manage every aspect and detail of the projects, from design to construction.
MCM Consulting Group, Inc. (MCM) began by reviewing the selected sites and the land leases to make sure both were in order. All detailed drawings for regulatory approval were created and submitted, and applications for all permits were made. MCM completed the architectural and engineering services. Every phase of design, construction, and project management were then implemented and supervised. Each phase, no matter how small, was given critical attention, from backup power to site security, from regular reporting to grounding. In short, MCM provided the highest quality, most technically up-to-date, and most cost competitive tower construction and relocation, exceeding all Lycoming Counties expectations.
The projects were completed on time and on budget. All towers are functioning flawlessly. Lycoming County has already scheduled its next project with MCM.
